This native plant grown in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, VIC & TAS Alps finishes our semi hard cheese with a subtle savoury & peppery flavour complimented by a hint of herbs on the palate.
*Alpine Pepper berries are used in the same way as traditional with subtle herbal notes that give a softer but spicier flavour than black pepper, the darker berries will also add a beautiful plum colour to the cheese
