Note, this is a deposit on a Half Leg Ham, with the remainder to be paid at pick up. Our Half Hams range from 3kg to 5kg and are $35.99kg.

Incredibly tasty - one small suggestion

Hi Jason and team I LOVED the taste of the ham but it was VERY fatty. I know some love ham fat and you need fat for tenderness and flavour but I think the ratio of fat to meat in the half leg I got leant too much towards fat. But then I could be wrong! :-)
