Strength: Medium.

Texture: Smooth, buttery, and full, with tiny irregular eyes throughout the cheese.

Rind: Pungent with notes of sweet summery florals. 

Flavour Profile: Picante, buttery, soft and creamy full-mouth flavour. Beautifully balanced - its a triumph of flavour. 

Maturation time: 6 weeks.

Tip: Best eaten at room temperature.
