Middle Bacon

This beautiful, cured and smoked Middle Bacon is crafted at our Stockinpiggle Farm Produce Butchery in Cootamundra NSW.

We start with a full loin and belly from our heritage and rare breed pastured pork and carefully extract the ribs (for other tasty endeavours), we then roll the belly and loin and tie it off ready for curing, once it is cured we smoke the Bacon then leave it to rest before slicing and packing ready for you.

Note, this is 1kg of our Middle Bacon but it will be packed in 350g* vacuum sealed packs.
